Many of the late 80's/ very early 90's hair bands were empty sounding, and seemed boring. Firehouse was one of the better bands of the era. This debut, is fun, and has some heart in the music. It isn't plastic and mundane like many of the other bands of the era(Slaughter, Trixter, Winger, etc). This is a decent classic hard rock record. If you like the better examples of 80's hard rock, or the 70's golden era, you will enjoy this.

You Cross My Path upsets you at first. "No need to another spin, this band will no longer in my playlist" yeah i was saying those to things to myself. After couple of monts the release, i played all the songs on You Cross My Path again. It wasn't that bad, i started to like it. especially first three songs Oh! Vanity, Bad Days, Mis-Takes are good. You Cross My Path worths a listen.
After releasing couple of commercial records, Coldplay seems a bit settle down, because Viva La Vida brings something good! First amazing single Violet Hill is quite promising, the more you listen more you'll love this record.
Gwen truly has improved herself, she releases great pop music in these days. Her critically acclaimed debut included of twelve amazing composings. Songs like Hollaback Girl, Rich Girl, What You Waiting For? successfully reached on top 10 music lists.
