"Firework" is a great song by American recording artist Katy Perry from her second studio album Teenage Dream. It was released as the third single from the album and was written by Perry, Stargate, Sandy Vee and Ester Dean, and produced by Stargate and Sandy Vee. According to Perry, "Firework" is influenced by Jack Kerouac's novel, On the Road. It peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Perry's fourth chart-topper in the US and third number-one single from the album.
