“Get Sexy” is the name of a 2009 single performed by English girl group Sugababes , written by Phillip Lawrence, Ari Levine, Bruno Mars and produced by American production outfit the Smeezingtons (comprised of Lawrence and Mars) for the band’s seventh studio album, Sweet 7 (see 2009 in music). It features an interpolation of Right Said Fred’s “I’m Too Sexy”, composed by Christopher Fairbrass, Richard Fairbrass, and Robert Manzoli. The song was the album’s opening track, and was released as its lead single at the end of August 2009. It is also the last single from the group to feature Keisha Buchanan after it was announced in September 2009 that she was no longer part of the group and will not be featured on the album.
